"For those who might be recovering from COVID-19 at home, we run a FREE Breathing Through COVID-19 breathing and deep relaxation 30-minute class on Zoom at 2pm every Thursday.
It acts as a support group to those feeling isolated with the condition or who would like to strengthen their respiratory system and use breathing to help with stress."

It’s run by Claire Whalley, a local therapeutic yoga mindfulness teacher.
The class is open to everyone and takes place on a chair.
